"Taukent-Energoservice" LLP was created in the legal form of a limited liability partnership under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 1994; Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan having the force of law "On economic partnerships" on May 2, 1995.

The Charter was approved by decision of the General Assembly of the Association of Founders on November 24, 2005, and registered by the department of justice of South Kazakhstan oblast on December 5, 2005 (Certificate № 68-1958-13-TOO). Reregistered by the department of justice of South Kazakhstan oblast on December 29, 2007 (Certificate № 68-1958-13-TOO).    

Main activities: 

Production and distribution of thermal energy;

Heat – a system providing with heat buildings and structures, designed to provide with thermal comfort people or for the possibility of performing technological norms.

Transmission and distribution of electric energy;

Power supply system - a set of sources, conversion systems, electric power transmission, and distribution.

Production and distribution of water;

Water supply - supply of surface water or groundwater to water consumers in the required amount and in accordance with the targets of water quality in water bodies. Engineering structure, designed to solve the problems of water supply is called water supply system.

Sewage; Sewage is a component of water supply and drainage system designed to remove solid and liquid products of human activity, household and storm water for the purpose of decontamination and further operation or returning to the reservoir.
