"Shieli-Energoservice" LLP was created in 2006 as a separate legal entity, registered by Department of justice under the number №107-1933-08-ТОО on 02.12.2005 in Shieli district, based on decision of founders “Gornorudnaya kompaniya” LLP with a share in the authorized capital of 81% (28 850 711 tenge) and "Kazatomprom-Demeu” LLP with a share in the authorized capital of 19% (4 158 723.37 tenge).

"Shieli-Energoservice" LLP is formed by “Uranenergo” LLP “Rudoupravleniye №6”, power supply services, water supply, and boiler services.

"Taukent-Energoservice" LLP was created in the legal form of a limited liability partnership under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 1994; Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan having the force of law "On economic partnerships" on May 2, 1995.
